Leaving With a Smile!

I've talked about a lot of things in my blog posts, such as embracing your inner beauty, loving yourself, and ignoring societal expectations.  But, I wanted to end this series off with one self-practice, which is related to what I've talked about, that should encompass everything else in life That self-practice is: emotional expression . I'm glad we, as a worldly community, have become more accepting on talking about how we feel and what problems we have or anything like that. Yet, there's still a persistent sense of negative stigmatism associated with discussing our feelings. I mean, just because we're talking about loving the bodies we're born with doesn't mean people will magically feel good all the time, or never have a day where they feel off about themselves.
